This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while working in a dynamic environment that celebrates hospitality and fun. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and presentation standards. * Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly. * Manage cash handling responsibilities using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and balancing registers at shift end. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. * Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours. * Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or special events, ensuring seamless delivery of food and drinks. * Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to alcohol service regulations. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. * Knowledge of foo
