**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL A Driver to join our dynamic team! This role offers competitive pay based on experience, with rates ranging from 65 to 70 cents per mile, or 25% gross of truck or each load and opportunities to work as an owner\-operator earning 80% of gross revenue. As a CDL A Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for drivers who thrive in a fast\-paced environment and are eager to grow their careers within the transportation industry. **Responsibilities** * Operate tractor\-trailers equipped with manual transmissions, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or other specialized equipment to deliver freight efficiently and safely. * Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling of freight including roll\-off trucks and dump trucks. * Conduct pre\-trip and post\-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and securing loads properly. * Follow designated routes for delivery and pickup, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries while providing excellent customer service. * Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal regulations. * Assist with route planning to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. **Qualifications** * Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. * Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred. * Proven driving experience with tractor\-trailers or similar commercial vehicles. * Knowledge of freight handling including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, forklift operation, dump trucks, or roll\-off trucks is a plus. * Ability to load \& unload
