Medical Spa Sales Associate (Commission Only)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing medical spa team. This is a commission\-only position with strong earning potential for someone who knows how to build trust, educate clients, and close sales. **What You’ll Do** * Consult with clients regarding treatments and skincare products * Recommend treatment plans and package options * Sell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products * Follow up with leads and existing clients * Provide exceptional customer service and help clients achieve their skincare goals **Schedule** * Spa hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * You will arrive 15 minutes after the first client of the day checks in * Clients are scheduled by appointment * If there are no clients scheduled, you are free to leave **Compensation (Commission Only)** * Up to $10,000 in monthly sales: 10% commission * $10,001 – $20,000 in monthly sales: 15% commission * Over $20,000 in monthly sales: 20% commission **Requirements** * Previous sales experience required * Experience in a medical spa, esthetics, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry is highly preferred * Strong communication and closing skills * Self\-motivated and professional * Ability to build rapport and recommend solutions confidently **What We Offer** * Immediate start * Employee discounts on spa treatments and products * Training on all treatments, products, packages, and sales processes * Flexible schedule based on appointments * Opportunity to grow into a full\-time position **Earning Potential** This position offers significant income potential.
