Armed Security Officer – Jewelry Store **Company:** Serious Protection Services (SPS LLC) **Texas DPS License \#: B31091401** **Location:** 100 Sharpstown Center, Houston, TX 77036 **Pay:** $15\.00 per hour **Schedule:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM **Position Type:** Full\-Time / Part\-Time **Pay Frequency:** Weekly Job Description Serious Protection Services (SPS LLC) is currently seeking a professional and dependable **Level III Commissioned Security Officer** to provide armed security for a jewelry store in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong visible presence, deter theft and criminal activity, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Responsibilities * Maintain a visible security presence inside and outside the store. * Monitor customers and identify suspicious activity. * Deter theft, robbery, and other criminal activity. * Enforce store policies and procedures. * Complete incident and activity reports as required. * Work closely with store management and law enforcement when necessary. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Requirements * **Must possess an active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License (license in hand).** * Must have all required duty gear. * Reliable transportation. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Strong communication and report\-writing skills. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Previous retail security experience preferred.
