On Premise/Warehouse Cleaning & Maintenance

**Summary** ----------- The individuals selected for this position are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility in excellent conditions for all associates and customers. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include but are not limited to the following: * Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values * Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team (sense of urgency) * Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming * Clean windows and mirrors * Clean, disinfect, and supply restrooms * Remove waste and empty trash * Routing 2hr disinfecting and sterilizing all facility * Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected * Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies * Organize janitorial storage areas * Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance * Handle basic maintenance building repairs and other janitorial work * Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers * Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity * Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail * Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA * Attendance and Timeliness is required.
