This role is also eligible for S\&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. **Join Our Team as a Lead Security Officer!** S\&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our security function. As a Lead Security Officer, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. Officers perform duties in three main categories, including patrolling the S\&C Ridge Boulevard Industrial Campus facility, working in the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), and operating the security gatehouses. **Key Responsibilities:** * Utilize strong, written communication skills by creating clear and accurate incident and field activity repo
