Operator (day shift)

At Roline, used tyres don't end up in the scrapyard, they get a second life. And you'll be the one making it happen. From buffing and repairing to vulcanising, filling, inspecting and applying brand new tread, you'll be involved in every step of the retreading process. Hands-on work, supported by modern machinery and a small team that has each other's backs. Salary: €2,750 – €3,500 (depending on experience) Hours: 40 hours per week, day shifts Location: Lopik Holiday days: 25 days Contract: Temporary with the prospect of a permanent contract We'll give you the time and space to learn the trade properly. What we ask in return is simple: show up, be involved, and speak up if you think something could be done better. That's how things get done at Roline. No tyre gets made without you. Together with your colleagues, you'll be giving used tyres a brand new life. Part of the process is done by hand, but we also work with a range of modern machines.
