Crogl is the knowledge engineer for Security Operations–and we're growing fast! We're currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth engine. In this role, you'll focus on driving pipeline within the commercial market, connecting Crogl's cutting-edge cybersecurity platform to forward-thinking organizations looking to modernize their security operations.
You'll be on the front lines of customer engagement, identifying qualified leads, generating pipeline, and starting meaningful conversations with cybersecurity professionals across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
What you'll do:
- Prospect into commercial enterprise and mid-market accounts across industries using email, phone, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, setting meetings for Account Executives focused on commercial clients
- Maintain detailed and organized records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine outreach strategies and messaging for commercial buyers
- Understand and clearly communicate Crogl's value proposition to security operations leaders and technical stakeholders
- Represent the Crogl brand with professionalism, curiosity, and energy
What you bring to the team:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with technical and business buyers in a commercial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and outreach platforms
What makes you stand out from other candidates:
- Experience selling into security-conscious industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or critical infrastructure
- Familiarity with security operations concepts such as SIEM, SOC workflows, or threat detection
- Creativity in breaking into complex accounts and securing meetings with hard-to-reach buyers
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
