This role partners directly with external and internal wholesalers to drive day\-to\-day advisor engagement, inbound triage, meeting follow\-up, and opportunity acceleration, ensuring financial advisors receive timely, accurate, and high\-quality support across inquiries, materials, scheduling, and Salesforce documentation. Responsibilities The Sales Specialist is a professional who increases wholesaler capacity by handling day\-to\-day advisor engagement, triage, follow\-up, inquiries, and opportunity acceleration. They own tactical execution that keeps the sales engine running while ensuring advisors receive timely, accurate, value\-add responses. **What This Role Owns** * Inbound advisor inquiries: product questions, performance, positioning, documents, and process questions * Timely, accurate follow\-up – “first call resolution” * Escalation routing to wholesalers when higher\-touch engagement is needed * All follow\-up actions from meetings, events and campaigns * Continuous outreach to keep opportunities warm and progressing * Maintain clean accurate Salesforce documentation * Sending the right product materials, market commentary, case studies, and product comparisons based on advisor needs * Customized approved content for
