**Business Analyst I – Financial Reporting** **SALARY RANGE:** $48,000 – $55,000 annually \+ our comprehensive benefits package. **JOB LOCATION:** Johnson Space Center (JSC), Houston, TX \| Hybrid (3 days onsite) **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst I to provide financial analysis for the Business Management Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency's enterprise\-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA's message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA's communication to the outside world. Rothe is seeking support to the Business Management Office for financial deliverables including work package budget baseline development and pricing, monthly budget vs. actuals reporting, forecast assessments, variance analysis, and financial database management. Additional responsibilities include: * Develop, review, analyze, and maintain time\-phased cost proposals and revisions * Develop resource forecasts and variance explanations for budgets in coordination with the Management Team * Prepare monthly financial reporting and metrics, both internal and external, for the Management Team and customers * Conduct weekly timesheet review, tracking, and reporting * Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization through written/verbal communications and data visualizations * Build cross\-functional team relationships that establish a collaborative operational structure * Demonstrate a proven track
