##### **Engagement Type** Contract Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis \& Requirements Management * Participate in the demand management process to assist business units in developing business cases, defining project scope, and documenting requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems. * Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non\-functional requirements. * Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and technical documentation. * Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions. * Identify business process inefficiencies, operational pain points, and opportunities for process improvement. * Develop and document: o Business process workflows o Current and future state analyses o User stories and use cases o Functional and system requirements o System interaction diagrams o Data mappings and logical data models o Metadata documentation o Screen mockups and wireframes o Reporting and training requirements o Test cases and acceptance criteria * Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate that business requirements have been successfully implemented. IT Procurement \& Vendor Support * Support the development of Statements of Work (SOW), solicitation documents, procurement packages, and related artifacts. * Primarily support IT acquisitions involving software, hardware, professional services, or technology solutions. * Assist in gathering documentation and information from vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders. * Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Legal, Security, and technical teams to support vendor evaluations and procurement activities.
