Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions. Create AS\-IS and TO\-BE process documentation, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and UI mockups. Develop business cases, use cases, user stories, process maps, data models, and functional specifications. Support IT procurement activities including SOW development, vendor evaluations, solicitation packages, and contract documentation. Collaborate with project managers, developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Support UAT, requirements traceability, process improvement initiatives, and solution delivery. Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation while managing multiple priorities and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5\+ years of IT Business Analysis experience supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements. Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes. Experience gathering and managing complex business, functional, and data requirements. Expertise in process mapping, workflow documentation, AS\-IS/TO\-BE analysis, and UI mockups. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and cross\-functional collaboration. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills. Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW), procurement artifacts, and contract\-related documentation.
