IT Enterprise Business Analyst

**NOTE:** * **Send your resume to** **recruiting@coventek.com** * **Location: Atlanta, GA.** * **Work Type: HYBRID – in Office 1 day Onsite per week and remote rest of the days** * **Interview: In Person interview after the initial screening** **Short Description:** Under general supervision, analyzes enterprise\-wide customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems that may serve multiple state entities. **Complete Description:** The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (BA) to support IT project initiation efforts, technology procurements, and business systems analysis activities. The primary responsibility of this role will be analyzing IT project initiation requests and compiling documentation necessary to support new IT procurements, contracts, or in\-house system development initiatives. As workload permits, the Business Analyst may also be assigned to active IT project teams. The Business Analyst will work closely under the guidance of the IT BA Manager, and successfully collaborate with business stakeholders, relevant IT teams, to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills to ensure successful project initiation, procurement support, and solution delivery.
