**Pay Range****:** $96,000 \- $119,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows \& Doors and PGTI is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Workday Business Analyst** (with **Core HCM Time \& Attendance** and **Payroll Management** expertise) to join our Human Resources Technology team. This position can be **fully remote** with the ability to travel as needed to Venice, FL, Harrisburg, PA, and Tacoma, WA.
The Workday Business Analyst will take on the challenge of **supporting HR and Payroll business operations** by providing optimal and scalable technology solutions. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for Workday HCM, Time \& Attendance, and Payroll modules across all MITER Brands lines of business. You will **collaborate with Functional HR Business Partners and HR COE’s** to provide integral support to the Human Resources and Payroll organizations for **Workday** **HCM technology needs** across the enterprise. Establishing **strong cross\-functional relationships** within the HR Technology function and across all areas of Human Resources will be key to you **successfully translating business requirements into technical specifications** (or consultatively recommending business process solutions based on technical capabilities).
