At Valley Plaza \| Valley Woods, the Security Officer plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents, employees, and visitors. Using a trauma\-informed approach and effective de\-escalation techniques, this position provides property surveillance, enforces safety protocols, and helps prevent disruptive or criminal behavior while supporting housing programs focused on stability, independence, and self\-sufficiency.
**Pay:** Range starts at $17/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
**Shift Differential:**Additional $1\.25/hr when working 3\+ consecutive hours between 11pm\-7am
**Schedule**: Wednesday (12am Wed \- 8am Wed) \- Sunday (12am Sunday\-8am Sunday)
