We are pursuing an experienced working Maintenance Supervisor to lead a service team and oversee maintenance for a class\-A property. The ideal candidate possesses 5 years of apartment maintenance experience, 3 years as a working supervisor, is CPO and EPA certified and possesses strong maintenance skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee and ensure completion of apartment work orders and apartment turnovers. * Perform general carpentry work including wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair. * Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical work, and major HVAC repairs, to include but not limited to, full change outs, TXVs, or coil replacements. * Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of communal areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance. * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients. * Manage the turnover schedule including in\-house moves, coordinate with vendors to ensure s
