**Job Summary**

This highly visible role will lead technical accounting research and support for significant Dominion Energy projects and business transactions as well as corporate functions. Duties include the following:
* Serve as a key point of contact and provide leadership through functional advice, guidance, and expertise for various departments throughout the company, including Mergers \& Acquisitions (M\&A), Business Development, Corporate and Segment Accounting, SEC Reporting, Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), Corporate Finance, and others.
* Provide technical accounting support and serve as a leader and key contributor on special project teams with respect to various business transactions and complex accounting matters involving revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, long\-lived assets, financing transactions, and regulatory accounting, among other topics.
* Research technical accounting matters and document the Company’s analysis and judgments on complex transactions.
