Job description

You will truly straddle the strategy and execution of the customer\-facing digital/technology product. You will conduct analyses of market trends, customer empathy, and internal and external data to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. As a leader in the discipline, you will influence others on product design, best practices, and principles. You will drive strategy and innovation as it relates to future technology products. This role is accountable for achieving more significant/broad business outcomes and metrics in alignment with area/enterprise goals. You will report to a senior manager, digital and technology product. \#LI\-Hybrid Position Compensation Range: $128,000\.00 \- $218,000\.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary*Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.* *Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.* Primary Accountabilities * Lead the digital/technology product vision, strategy, and operational planning— as well as successfully executes against a variety of product initiatives across all stages of a product's lifecycle, including early product planning, customer research and validation, roadmap planning, product development sprints, piloting, gaining early adopters, product launch, metrics analysis, and post\-launch iteration. * Define product strategy and vision and then develop a creative, high\-quality, and clear product roadmap. * Integrate usability studies, research and market analyses into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. * Identify objectives and key results and analyzes customer feedback and usage metrics to recognize key pain points and opportunities to address. * Gather information and data to guide build\-buy\-partner options to solve customer problems. * Serve as the “translator” for both the customer and market, as well as internal stakeholders, including but not limited to business lines and cross\-functional teams. * Understand how
