Marathon Pilates is more than just a fitness studio—it’s a community of like\-minded individuals working together to achieve their best selves.* **Key Responsibilities** Client\-Facing and Sales Duties * Greet all clients warmly and assist with questions or concerns to ensure a smooth and positive experience * Welcome new clients with studio tours, personalized touchpoints (e.g. welcome cards), and clear guidance on what to expect * Learn about each client’s wellness goals and confidently recommend the best membership or package options to meet their needs * Drive sales of memberships, class packs, wellness services, and retail by using a relationship\-first approach that builds trust * Follow up with new clients and leads via phone, email, or text to support their decision\-making and encourage conversions * Track leads and client progress through our CRM/sales tools * Clearly communicate ongoing promotions, workshops, and special events, keeping clients informed and engaged * Resolve account issues (e.g. unpaid balances) with professionalism and ease **Wellness Ambassador and Studio Culture** * Serve as a passionate ambassador for Pilates and whole\-body wellness, consistently educating clients on the benefits of our services * Educate clients on the benefits of sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy * Foster a welcoming and inclusive studio environment where every client feels a sense of belonging * Support and collaborate with instructors, practitioners,
