Within the Dean’s Office, the Business Services team provides a broad range of financial and administrative support, including guidance on finance, budget, and UT\-Austin policies and procedures. **Purpose** ----------- This position provides administrative and financial support to the Business Services team, which oversees day\-to\-day transactional operations for the Dean’s Office and other CNS reporting units. The role contributes directly to the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of CNS financial operations. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Provide regular oversight and tracking of account expenditures and budget activity for internal CNS Dean’s Office unit budgets as assigned. Prepare monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts, including certification of expenditures in the Expense Account Certification System. Process costing allocation business processes in Workday; create, maintain, and update funding commitments; process transfers of funds; and support account and unit code restructuring to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget integrity. * Develop, maintain, and deliver training a
