Job description

**POSITION TITLE:** Senior Accountant **Get to Know the Role:** Support the Accounting Department duties with emphasis on general ledger management, preparation of account reconciliations and journal entry postings, as well as special projects. **What You’ll Do:** * Coordinate with business partners to understand the projects and transactions being recorded. * Analyze transactions and balances to ensure that they are appropriately recorded in the general ledger. * Prepare and review routine recurring and non\-recurring journal entries. * Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations. * Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close process. * Assist in the preparation of key internal reporting. * Prepare required documentation for financial audits and reviews. * Assist in maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Additional responsibilities as assigned. * **What You Bring:** * Bachelor's degree in accounting. * 3\-5\+ years’ experience in corporate accounting or equivalent public accounting experience. * CPA Strongly preferred. * Oracle ERP experience preferred. * High degree of proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and deadline\-oriented environment. * Self\-motivated with critical attention to detail. * Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem\-solving, and presentation skills.
