This position brings the brand to life through confident service, attention to detail, and ownership of the final moments that matter most, from pre\-exam support to eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup. As a key member of the team, this role ensures every customer interaction feels seamless, elevated, and on\-brand. This role blends customer connection, optical support, and finishing excellence to deliver consistent, high\-quality experiences. **Essential Functions:** **Create an Exceptional Customer Experience** * Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit * Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education * Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience **Support Clinical \& In Store Flow** * Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists * Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments * Serve as a calm, knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journey **Own Finish \& Quality Excellence*
