**Responsibilities**:
* Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
* Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
* Provide in\-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
* Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
* Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
