Journeyman Full Stack Application Developer

**Description** The Journeyman Full Stack Application Developer will provide software development and sustainment support to the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. The developer will design, code, test, and maintain enterprise\-level applications to ensure availability, reliability, and performance. The position requires demonstrated expertise in both front\-end and back\-end development using Angular, .NET, C\#, SQL Server, and Windows Services. The developer will work as part of a cross\-functional team in support of mission\-critical financial systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, USSOCOM requirements, and cybersecurity policies. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test, and maintain application features in support of the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. * Implement responsive front\-end interfaces using **Angular**. * Develop back\-end services and APIs using **.NET and C\#**. * Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures. * Develop and maintain **Windows Services** for workflow automation and system integration. * Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. * Ensure applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards. * Support lifecycle management activities including requirements gathering, design documentation, deployment, and sustainment. * Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to meet mission needs. **Required Qualifications:** * Requires BS and 4\+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2\+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. * **Active TS/SCI clearance** (mandatory). * **DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification** (e.g., Security\+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA\+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP). * 3–7 years of experience as an application developer (Journeyman level). * Demonstrated experience with: + **Angular** (front\-end development) + **.NET and C\#** (back\-end de
