Louis Vuitton is seeking a Human Resources Manager, based out of our Miami Regional Office supporting with our Atlanta, the Carolinas and Tennessee markets. Reporting to the Human Resources Director. Missions
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience. As a strategic business partner to our retail management population, you will champion all HR functions, from development to employee relations and compliance, ensuring Louis Vuitton remains a workplace where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered.
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
Partner with leadership to foster employee growth, from identifying developmental needs to succession planning for high\-potential individuals.
Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions, utilizing our internal platforms.
Manage compensation initiatives, including bonus plans and merit increases.
Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback, linking efforts to business goals.
Interpret and implement HR policies, providing leadership in resolving employee relations issues.
