**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
* Prepare and dispense study medications following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols
* Administer IV infusions and medication doses accurately to research participants in accordance with approved protocols
* Support patient intake processes by reviewing medical histories, verifying eligibility, and explaining procedures clearly
* Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration, patient responses, and protocol adherence
* Assist with patient care activities including vital sign monitoring, symptom assessment, and providing compassionate support during visits
* Ensure compliance with hospital standards, critical care procedures, and LTC pharmacy guidelines when managing medications
* Collaborate with the clinical research team to coordinate medication supplies, inventory management, and protocol updates
**Skills**
* Proven experience working in pharmacy or Clinical Research setting.
* Ip accountability and dispensing
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and aseptic techniques
* Critical care experience with familiarity in IV infusion protocols and patient service excellence
