We have a strong market presence and serious growth ambitions for the coming years, and we are looking for people who want to help us realise this? #### **Where you come in** As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed the revenue goals of the region's sales teams. Your role involves developing and executing targeted B2B marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness, creating a quality sales pipeline, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle. This position requires extensive hands\-on experience in planning and executing events, ranging from large third\-party conferences to proprietary event series and intimate C\-level executive programs, as well as experience across various industry verticals. You will also collaborate with the sales team and growth marketers to develop Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for key accounts, define the channel strategy, and track the success of these initiatives. In addition, you must effectively collaborate with sales teams, marketing counterparts, and product stakeholders across a distributed team operating across different time zones. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self\-starter with a natural curiosity and a willingness to test and learn.
