You will work closely with the Head Chef and ICHI Executive Chef Nghia, who has developed the culinary vision, recipes, and operational standards that have made ICHI a success. Our menu is inspired by Japanese and contemporary Asian cuisine, focusing on quality, consistency, and memorable guest experiences. Your Responsibilities * Support the Head Chef in all daily kitchen operations. * Ensure recipes and service standards are executed consistently. * Lead and supervise kitchen staff during preparation and service. * Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen team members. * Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control. * Assist with ordering, inventory management, and stock control. * Ensure HACCP and food safety procedures are followed at all times. * Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen environment. * Step into leadership responsibilities when the Head Chef is absent. * Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture. What We Are Looking For * Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or experienced Chef de Partie. * Strong culinary skills and attention to detail. * Passion for Asian cuisine, Japanese cuisine, sushi, fusion, or fine dining. * Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to perform under pressure in a fast\-paced
